Made and matured in our workshop, Galibier charcuterie will be perfect on all your charcuterie and aperitif platters and as raclette accompaniments.

Delicate pork fillets dried in our workshops in the mountains with different coatings for different pleasures. These noble cuts have very little fat and will delight the most gourmet of palates.
